Hi, my name is Sue Speechly!

I have been in Real Estate for 35 years and thrive on the challenge of matching buyers to the home of their dreams. I have the challenge and the end result. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing the joy and happiness expressed by my clients.

I have lived in the Westville/Cowies Hill area for over fifty years. I studied and qualified as a nursing sister, however living in a household where property was always discussed over dinner, you could say it was in my blood.
My father, Adrian Ortlepp joined his friend Max Dales who established "The Maxprop Group" which grew from strength to strength. I joined the company in 1989 covering the Westville, Cowies Hill and Sherwood areas.
The reason for my success is that I am passionate and determined about matching a buyer to their new home. Having been in the business for so long I have established a loyal client base who constantly refer their friends to me.
I was in the top five of the group for many years until I left and joined Dormehl Phalane Property Group in 2019. I am as passionate about rescuing animals as I am about selling houses. And with my bubbly personality and passion for success, I can assist you in any matter regarding selling your property, or for the buyer - finding the correct one for your needs!
