Dormehl Property Group SA recently celebrated their 4th Annual Awards at a plush ‘Black Tie’ event at Durban’s Elangeni Hotel. Amongst the 308 guests were a number of KZN’s elite Real Estate fraternity, well respected members of Durban’s Attorneys at Law as well as the very accomplished guest of honour Mrs Jabu Mkhulisi as the evenings guest speaker.
The stage was filled with an array of magnificent prizes which included certain lucky recipients being awarded a most welcome cruise along the glorious Eastern Seaboard of SA.
Amongst the very deserved recipients of awards were Kevin Delport’s Pinetown team who took 1st place over all, with a second place going to Upper Highway. Third placed office in the Group went to the Rustenburg office. Leanne Ardnesgaard the Group’s Howick franchisee was awarded 1st place for Farms & Smallholdings. The function was a resounding success and endorsed another excellent year for Dormehl Property Group SA.
DPG is set to launch the 2nd issue of the Group’s National Magazine. The 1st magazine was very well received and by all accounts the next issue will be equally as popular if not more so!
CEO Owen Dormehl has travelled down to Cape Town on two recent occasions to spend a number of days with the Group’s Western Cape franchisees. His first visit was to oversee training on the new, improved property listing and management system which he arranged for the DPG Western Cape members as well as unveiling of the new, ultra modern DPG website. Congratulations to Prop Data for designing the new website. Most impressive!
Owen’s recent visit was to introduce the Group’s Western Cape franchisees to the dynamic Pretoria based firm of Attorneys – MC van der Berg Inc hosted a most impressive presentation of their communication products designed to provide their estate agency clients with a ‘user friendly’ client communication and transfer process education package to be utilised when the clients mandate their properties to the agents and benefitting by being fully informed of the sale process going forward right up to the Registration.
