The electricity is on a pre-paid basis and there is a DSTV dish for the Tenants use to connect their account. The property is secure with electric fencing on the boundary walls.
This home is free standing, however, there are 2 other cottages on the plot as well as the main house. The main house does have large and small dogs that are housed in their boundary, however, they are allowed to roam, so a Tenant must be happy with animals.
